The web and a continuing modification of buyer behavior (among other things) have changed the rules of what most people call the "custom publishing" industry. Jim...thanks for the comment. I agree. As you know, I'm a big fan of content outsourcing to qualified publishers.
I'm just not sure all the publishers out there see the tremendous opportunity in front of them.
